DFW Valet Services LLC was founded in 2025 in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of doorstep trash collection for multi-family apartment communities. From the beginning, we recognized that valet trash was more than a convenience service; when executed well, it enhanced the overall living experience, supported property operations, and improved community cleanliness. Yet many communities had grown accustomed to inconsistent service, lack of accountability, and poor communication from vendors who treated the amenity as a low-effort, high-volume business. We believed residents and property managers deserved better.

As a Veteran-Owned company, we carried forward the discipline, accountability, and service-first mindset developed through military experience. Our early vision was rooted in three priorities: professionalism, reliability, and resident satisfaction. We built our service model around the belief that every resident deserved a clean, convenient, and dependable experience, and every property manager deserved a vendor who upheld their community standards, protected their brand reputation, and delivered on promises.
